  Consumer's friend called & stated that vehicle was in an accident and consumer died. He and a friend were driving on a dirt road and they were turning around the corner and hit a curb, back wheelcaught gravel inside of the wheel and the truck turned over. Driver was thrown though the sun roof. Upon impact, dual airbags didn't deploy. Passenger was thrown outside of the window. Driver was a fatality. *ak

  While driving, consumer encountered several blind curves and a significant downhill grade, as consumer came around the curve the passenger side front and rear tires left the pavement on the right shoulder, in attempting to re-enter the roadway, consumer seemed to have overcorrected and lost control of the vehicle which then crossed over the center line and left the pavement on the left side of the road, the vehicle…

  Frontal · Hydraulic Power Assist System

  I was driving on the highway at about 45 to 50 miles per hour speed on a slightly wet road. All of the sudden, the vehicle started to skidded out of control and hit the highway divider wall(guardrail) on the right front of the driver side and rolled over and spinned 50 feet away before the vehicle stopped. Dual air bags did not deploy.
