    I have an insurmountable level of rust on the frame and surrounding components. There should not be this level of rust at this point on the vehicle's life. *tr

    The left rear section of my vehicles frame where the rear traction bar mounts is completely separated at the welds leaving a large hole in the frame where the bracket once was. This issue is similar to the tacoma frame recall. My 97 4 runner is basically totaled at this point and will not pass mass state inspection even though the drivetrain and body are in excellent condition. *tr
